The proposal is for a mixed tenure development with the 800 homes being a mixture of open market sale, private rented and affordable housing
Over 365 dwellings will be affordable housing through shared ownership or social rent in partnership with Great Places
Investment in new transport links, cycle routes and green infrastructure to create a well-connected, sustainable neighbourhood
