Your Kellen Homes warranty lasts for 2 years from the date of legal completion on your new build home.

Central heating boiler (breakdown)
Boiler servicing is the responsibility of the homeowner. Failure to carry out annual servicing from legal completion can seriously reduce the life expectancy of the boiler and invalidates your warranty. The first service is due 1 year following legal completion.

Minor separations, shrinkage and/or warping are normal and can be expected
1. This only applies to items supplied by Kellen Homes.
2. Scratches and chips to glass when viewed in natural daylight from within the room and at least 2 metres from the panes must be registered in writing to Customer Services on day of handover of legal completion for liability to be accepted.

All our homes have been built to the standards of a recognised new build home warranty provider such as the National House Building Council (NHBC), Local Authority Building Control (LABC) or Premier Guarantee new homes warranty. Running alongside your two year Kellen Homes warranty, our new build homes hold a ten year build mark warranty.
We only chose brands who we’re proud to work with. All our appliances carry varying manufacturer's warranty periods and it’s important that you register yours as soon as possible once you move into your new home, to ensure you’re covered. You’ll be provided with the appliance manuals and information on how to register when you first move into your new home.
