The Mosley Common development secured planning permission last year and was allocated in Places for Everyone with an approved masterplan. This being delivered represents a transformative project that will provide a diverse mix of homes while investing in infrastructure, green spaces and community amenities. Peel Land has worked closely with its partners to ensure the development aligns with the area's long-term growth ambitions.
The partnership will bring forward:
