As director of the land team, Mark's role is to lead the team in sourcing and securing new land opportunities to facilitate the company's continued growth.

With over 20 years’ experience in residential development, Mark's land buying expertise is unparalleled in the housebuilding sector, where he has a reputation for identifying and securing greenfield and brownfield sites, both off market and via competition.

Mark is also adept at engaging with residents, stakeholders, members and local businesses to promote strategic sites, delivering complex and greenfield sites in the most efficient and sympathetic way possible.

Mark Waite

Senior Strategic Land & Planning Manager

A chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 1994, Mark is Kellen Homes' lead on all town planning matters.

With experience in the planning consultancy and homebuilding industries, Mark is experienced at delivering large strategic sites and has worked on some of England and Wales' most prominent development schemes, including RAF Quedgeley and the northern expansion of Cardiff.

Mark is also regional chair of the National Planning Committee of the Home Builders Federation and has sat on panels advising the government on a wide variety of housing issues.

Tim Coulter

Land Buyer Tim spends his time sourcing new land opportunities for the business.

A new addition to the company with a degree in Human Geography, Tim previously worked at Grasscroft Property where he carried out residential and commercial market research for viability assessments and was responsible for identifying new sites.

Eleanor Ogilvie

Head of Land and Partnerships

Eleanor is responsible for land identification, acquisition and facilitating housing developments across the North West of England. Within her career to date over the last 8 years, she has established excellent relationships with landowners, agents, local authorities and registered providers and has purchased and facilitated land opportunities resulting in the delivery of over 900 dwellings.

Eleanor is also the previous chair of Women in Property North West for the 2021/2022 year leading the North West region and the committee.
