Traffic Management
It is our intention to limit the timings of our arrivals and deliveries on site to the site working hours which will hopefully reduce any impact on your occupancy. Operatives will be told to only park in designated areas away from occupied plots and wherever possible, deliveries will be managed to avoid holding you up if you wish to leave or return to your property.
Site traffic can be dangerous so we do instill a maximum 10mph speed limit for site based vehicles and we also provide walkways for you to avoid walking in the road and we would hope you would assist us for a short time in complying with this where necessary.
Construction areas will be fenced off and segregated to avoid members of the public straying into working areas by mistake and this will also segregate operatives to avoid any potential impact on each other.
Noise/Dust/Vibration
The nature of the ongoing construction works will mean, at times, we will produce all of the above however, our intention will be to limit this by using specific tools, limiting operating times and also damping down where a situation can produce additional dust. We remain a Considerate Contractor and you remain a valued customer to our business at all times.
Communication
Kellen Homes are keen to ensure we remain in communication with you throughout our build process and where necessary, we will inform you of any potential changes to traffic routes or emergency works which must be carried out for safety reasons by either letter drop or by contacting you direct. We hope that by doing this you will remain safe and enjoy the comfort of your new home, but please feel free at any time to contact us to discuss any issues you may have with the build process and we will endeavor to further limit any issues you may have.
