Choose your new Kellen home 

Explore our current developments and find your dream Kellen home. You may need to take financial advice if you are thinking of using a mortgage to buy a new home. Our Kellen Homes Sales Consultants can assist in helping you find a New Homes Mortgage Specialist.

We'll market your existing home

Kellen Homes will work with a local independent estate agent to value your current home. A sale price will be agreed, and the Kellen Sales Team will market your home for an agreed period. 

Move into your new Kellen home

Once your existing home is sold, you will be invited to your chosen development to complete your new home reservation. We will even pay your estate agent fees. *
