As Chief Executive of Kellen Homes, Ian provides strategic direction and leads the growth of the business.
Beginning his housebuilding career 40 years ago, Ian spent 24 years at Countryside Properties where he held the position of Divisional CEO for Partnerships North. Ian also led the group strategy for offsite manufacturing of timber frame housing and helped develop two new facilities capable of producing 4,000 homes annually.
Ian’s aims are to establish Kellen Homes as the developer of choice for sustainable communities and to meet the demand for a wider housing tenure choice through partnership with local authorities, registered providers and national build to rent investors.
As director of the land team, Mark's role is to lead the team in sourcing and securing new land opportunities to facilitate the company's continued growth.
With over 20 years’ experience in residential development, Mark's land buying expertise is unparalleled in the housebuilding sector, where he has a reputation for identifying and securing greenfield and brownfield sites, both off market and via competition.
Mark is also adept at engaging with residents, stakeholders, members and local businesses to promote strategic sites, delivering complex and greenfield sites in the most efficient and sympathetic way possible.
Peter is Kellen Homes' Finance Director, managing the company's financial activities.
Bringing more than 20 years' accounting experience across the housebuilding, commercial property and construction industries, Peter uses insightful financial analysis and management information to identify key risks and opportunities for the business.
Mollie has more than 20 years of sales experience at some of the largest housebuilders including Bellway Homes, Taylor Wimpey, Morris Homes, and Linden Homes.
Along with leading and driving forward the sales and marketing team, Mollie is responsible for building and maintaining long lasting customer relationships by ensuring that they are supported throughout their purchase.
As Construction Director, Tony will lead the construction activity across all Kellen Homes developments, ensuring the delivery is meeting the projected forecast whilst adhering to highest level of Health & Safety.
With over 40 years of house building experience, Tony will apply industry recognised project management methodologies to deliver on the Kellen Homes strategy of creating housing communities of multiple tenures.
Colin’s role as Health and Safety Director is to establish and maintain a safe system of work throughout the business.
Bringing more than 40 years of Health and safety experience within the construction industry, Colin’s knowledge will enable us to achieve an excellent record in managing and controlling health and safety processes throughout the business.
As Technical Director of Kellen Homes, Stephen is responsible for the architectural and technical arm of the business.
Beginning his technical career over 40 years ago, Stephen will provide technical direction on business decisions and lead on the execution of projects from cradle to the grave.
Richard has over 35 years, experience within the Construction Industry, and spent the last 20 years delivering high value residential Schemes for Build to Rent Investors, Housing Associations and private sales alike.
As Commercial Director, Richard will lead and guide the Commercial, Estimating and Buying activity across all Kellen Homes developments, with a particular focus on procurement, cost control, risk mitigation and compliance.
His considerable knowledge and experience will provide support, enabling us to achieve our aim of delivering successful and sustainable housing and communities.
