How does the Early Bird scheme work?

The Early Bird scheme is a fantastic opportunity to secure the Kellen home of your choice before it is released to the general market. By registering your interest early, you can have your pick from a wider range of properties and reserve the home as soon as it becomes available.

To guarantee your dream Kellen home, simply choose your preferred plot and our dedicated sales team will guide you through the process. Once you’ve selected your property, we'll provide you with a guide price (which is subject to change), then ask you to provide some details along with a refundable reservation fee of £150. You then have peace of mind knowing your dream home is secured and we’ll be in touch as soon as your home is ready to be released for sale.

What are the next steps?

Once your home has been released for sale, we will contact you to confirm the official release price of the home. You’ll then have 24 hours to decide if you’d like to buy the home.

If you choose to go ahead with the reservation, we’ll guide you through the process of a full reservation where you’ll need to pay a further £350 to make up the full reservation fee of £500.

However, if you decide that the property is not right for you and decide not to buy, you can withdraw your reservation and we’ll refund the full amount of the Early Bird fee back to you,
