We are proud to announce that Kellen Homes has for the third year running achieved a ‘Gold Award’ for customer satisfaction. The awards, run by specialist market research company, In-house Research, are based purely on customer feedback received through an independent telephone survey.
In the survey year covering new home handovers from 1st January 2024 to 31st December 2024, 100% of customers that responded to the survey said they would recommend Kellen Homes to their friends, colleagues or family members.
