When you walk through the door of a Kellen Homes show home you are greeted with an oasis of stylish design and true inspiration for modern living. The houses look effortlessly chic and like the homeowner has slipped out for fresh coffee beans and will be back in five minutes.
That’s the look lauded interior house designer Adam Kitchener of Kitch & Co, is striving for.
He’s the creative force behind Kellen’s three new show homes at Mill Vale in Middleton, and with the help of his team, has curated the furniture, paint, wallpaper, artwork and decorative items and styled all three of the new homes.
The houses, The Hazel, The Laurel and The Teak, have three bedrooms and with Adam’s magical touch, each has its own individual look and style and feels like a true home to allow people thinking of buying a quality Kellen home to see for themselves how the homes will look when they are lived in.
Adam explains: “These are beautifully designed spaces with lots of natural light and carefully created layouts, so it is an absolute pleasure to work on. Our designs are fresh and exciting, and we want people to feel they could live in the space and take ideas, colours and ways of arranging a room and then be inspired to do their own Kellen homes.”
Adam studied fashion at college and trained at Harrods before creating his own global fashion and interiors brand selling to prestigious, high-end stores across the world. That led to him finding his true calling in interior design creating beautiful homes. He now has an international reputation working for a wide range of clients and regularly receives the call to offer his design advice for TV shows.
Kellen Homes Head of Sales and Marketing, Mollie Tomlinson, worked with Adam to create the show homes and is delighted with the result. She said: “We wanted a fresh and modern design to show off the incredible light and space in the Kellen homes.
