Leading Northwest housebuilder Kellen Homes this week laid out the welcome mat for three new show homes at their new Mill Vale development, and celebrated in style.
The Deputy Mayor, local councillors and children from St Gabriel’s school all attended and helped to cut the ribbon on the first of the new homes in Middleton.
The three show homes, The Hazel, The Laurel and The Teak, are now open to the public and the opening weekend saw scores of people queuing up to view the show homes and put their names down for the new development.
Deputy Mayor Councillor Shakil Ahmed snipped the ribbon in front of fellow councillors and other invited guests to officially open the new show homes and the choir from nearby St Gabriel’s Church of England School performed two songs to mark the occasion.
Kellen Homes Head of Sales and Marketing, Mollie Tomlinson said: “We are absolutely thrilled with the Mill Vale show homes and wanted to mark the opening, so were honoured to be visited by the Deputy Mayor and other councillors and really enjoyed the singing of St Gabriel’s choir.
“The guests took time to look around all three of the new show homes and were really impressed with the house design and the gorgeous styling. It was a great day and we are delighted to now have the show homes at Mill Vale open for people to look round.”
Deputy Mayor Councillor Shakil Ahmed said of the new development: “I am delighted to be able to officially open the show homes for this important new development at Mill Vale in Middleton. These houses will provide much-needed quality homes for local people and help to further boost the thriving community of Middleton.”
The Kellen Homes Mill Vale development will see a total of 311 two, three and four bedroomed homes built on the site off Don Street in the heart of Middleton. The first of the homes are now available for sale.
