The nurses, who work alongside each other at Manchester Royal Infirmary, have moved into their new homes in Mill Vale, Middleton, with their partners in homes right next door to each other and they couldn’t be happier.
Jitty and her partner Sijo and Chinju mol and husband Shinu, were both renting in the Greater Manchester area and looking for homes to buy when another nurse at MRI recommended Kellen Homes and the Mill Vale development to them.
The two couples visited the show homes at Mill Vale and as soon as they walked in, they decided they were going to buy.
Jitty and Sijo chose a Teak three-bedroomed detached home and Chinju mol and Shinu chose a three-bedroomed Cypress on plots next door to each other. And the four managed to complete their home purchases and move in on the same day.
Jitty describes the experience: “We were both in rented homes and looking to buy when a colleague told us about a home she had bought at Mill Vale. She was full of praise for the house and for Kellen Homes, so we decided to visit the show homes.
“As soon as we walked in and saw the houses, we knew it was right for us. The houses were beautiful and so well designed. We chose our homes and our plots right next door to each other.”
Sijo takes up the story: “I was really impressed with the quality and we were able to choose the kitchen we wanted.”
And for Shinu it was the location of the homes. He explained: “ I wanted to be close to everything, the motorway, the shops and we love the house.”
And according to Chinju mol, their recommendations are bringing more nurses to Mill Vale. She said: “We have told other colleagues about our lovely new homes and now another nurse is moving in. We are really pleased with the houses and it’s nice to live next door to a friend.”
