As we celebrate our fifth anniversary this year, we have relocated to new offices in Birchwood Park, Warrington, to accommodate our growing team.
This move highlights our continued growth and future strategy to bring in new talent as we go from strength to strength. Since our founding in 2020, we have been actively acquiring land and creating new homes to suit a range of lifestyles and budgets—both for direct market sale and in partnership with Built to Rent investors, Registered Providers, and Local Authorities.
We have now completed or are currently working on housing developments across the North West, including Vernon Gardens, Mill Vale, Hawks View, Seaford Road, York Street, Mellands Park, Mirrlees Fields, Riverpark, and Bennett Street.
