Leading housebuilder Kellen Homes has created a true community at its Vernon Gardens development in Royton.
The final home has now been sold to its new owner in the new development of 99 two, three and four-bedroom homes. It’s been local people who were quick to snap up the high-quality new homes with the first wave being bought by people who live within a couple of miles of the development.
The homes have proved popular with a mix of young professionals, families, retired couples and single people all keen to live within easy walking distance of Royton - a vibrant town with a spacious park, good schools, a golf club, shops, cafes, restaurants and a gym.
And those new residents couldn’t be happier.
Julie used the Assisted Move scheme to secure her new Hickory home. She said: “What I really like about Kellen Homes is the fact that they have thought of everything.”
Bhavana and partner Glenn chose a Cypress home for their family and have been really impressed with the quality of build and the customer service they received from Kellen Homes.
Chris and Leonna love the stylish design of their new Vernon Gardens home. Chris said: “The Acacia has everything we need, and we love the thoughtful touches like the window on the stairs, the spacious landing and the big kitchen and dining area.”
The Dearsely family have also been impressed by the spaciousness of their Cypress home. Mum Ruth said: “Our new home has a large kitchen, dining and living space that we all come together in but there’s a separate living room as well which is just perfect.”
And Suzanne and Mark were thrilled with the Kellen Homes customer service which allowed them to smoothly move into their new home with their grandmother who has mobility challenges. Suzanne said: “The Kellen team was phenomenal. I can’t say how wonderful they all were in helping us buy the house and move in.”
Anna and Matt are very impressed with their new Cypress home and especially the big kitchen. Anna said: “We walked in, and we just knew. It was so perfect and spacious and just right for us that we knew we were making the right decision.”
And Katie and Joe love their new Cherry home and the fact that they can both have their own space to work from home in their four bedroomed house. Katie said: “We also love where Vernon Gardens is and having a centre that you can walk to with restaurants and shops and cafes.”
