With three young boys and busy working lives, Marwah and Arslan, were looking for a home that fitted their specific needs.
They had viewed a number of older houses when a brand new, three-bedroomed Gorm home became available on the new Kellen Homes development at Hawks View under the Frist Homes Scheme. The family were quick to react and as soon as they stepped inside the show home, they knew it was the right move for them.
Marwah explained: “When we found out about the Hawks View development all the homes were reserved but Kellen kept in touch and when this house become available, we came to view it and knew straight away.”
The family were already living locally and were keen to stay in the area because of the highly rated schools and nearby relatives. They were buying their first home and wanted plenty of space for their boys aged 2 to 6 years, to grow. They were especially keen on an enclosed and spacious garden to allow the boys to play.
Both Marwah and Aslam are self-employed and had not bought a home before so they were grateful for the support that the Kellen team gave them to guide them through the buying process. Marwah said: “It all went incredibly smoothly. Kellen were very efficient and told us exactly what was happening at every step of the way. They helped guide us because it was all new for us.”
The family moved into their new home at half term and couldn’t be happier. Marwah loves her new house. She said: “It’s so nice to have your own home and honestly everything is so new and well-designed that it’s like living in a luxury hotel. We feel like we are dreaming it’s so wonderful.”
Marwah and Aslam, say the development is in a great location. There are parks close by and it’s easy to get the boys to pre-school and school. They are impressed with their fully fitted kitchen and the amount of storage the house gives them.
Marwah said: “This house is perfect for us. I am really looking forward to the summer when the boys can play in the garden and use up some of their endless energy!”
